About the guitar lesson, Play Gospel and the team behind it

Play Gospel originates from Play Guitar, the first fully interactive CD-ROM guitar tuition sofware developed by the Virtual Music Corporation (VMC) that was aimed at beginner, intermediate and advanced guitarists. The VMC team realised, however, that there was a need for an application aimed specifically at aspiring gospel musicians, with a selection of non-secular music and popular gospel songs.

This prompted guitar teacher Ian Visser, to visualise, write and compile Play Gospel. Ian heads the
Play Gospel team, which consists of music lovers who have taught and studied guitar for decades. Ian himself has played guitar for 12 years.

Play Gospel and ScaleFinder come from musicians who used their expertise coupled with their passion for guitar. We are committed to providing a guitar lesson which is easy to use and has more features and benefits than any other guitar lesson available.
